What is the class reservation policy?
You should reserve a spot for class in advance. Payment is required in advance in order to reserve your spot in class and on the waitlist. All reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance. All sales are final and a valid credit card must always be kept on file. We are not responsible for any bank overdraft fees that may occur from late cancels/no shows or membership dues. Classes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so online or through the MindBody app at least 4 hours before the class begins, or your account will be debited for the class. Students on any unlimited package will be automatically charged $15 when absent for a class that has been reserved, but not cancelled at least 4 hours before it begins.
The waitlist closes 4 hours before the start of class. If a spot opens in the class more than 4 hours before class start time, you will receive an automatic email confirming you’ve been entered into the class. (*Note, once you’ve been added into the class, the late cancel and no-show policy is now in effect). If you do not want your spot in the class, please make sure you remove yourself from the wait list so you are not automatically added).
The online wait list becomes void 4 hours prior to class. Any spots that open less than 4 hours in advance are on a first come / first serve basis.
